Help Make a Difference

There is one very simple way to help thousands of entertainment and performing arts professionals across the country each year in times of need or crisis, and that’s by supporting The Actors Fund. Whether a medical emergency, dealing with a difficult diagnosis, finding insurance, finding sideline work or a new career, or dealing with the effects of a tragedy like Hurricane Katrina, The Fund is always there for those in our community – on stage or on camera or behind the scenes.

We applaud the donors and partners – individuals, foundations, guilds, corporations, unions, and more – for their vital contributions that make our critical work possible.

Contributions enable us to provide a wide variety of free Programs – in social services, health services, employment and training, , and emergency financial assistance to over 8,000 people each year, plus the more than 300,000 people who receive important information and resources from our acclaimed Web site, the Actors’ Health Insurance Resource Center.
